ENERGO-PRO created the first specialized Call Center that provides information on the free electricity market. On the phone number*6161 hundreds of private and municipal enterprises and citizens have already received answers to their questions related to the possibilities of purchasing electricity on the market at freely negotiated prices.

The specially designed hotline*6161 has an automatic menu from which general information about the free market can be obtained. Also, customers can hear specific information about the products that the company with a 10-year license for electricity trading ENERGO-PRO Energy Services offers - ENERGO-PRO STANDARD and ENERGO-PRO STANDARD MAX, intended for business and domestic users, ENERGO-PRO DISCOUNT NIGHT, suitable for customers with prominent night consumption and specialized products for own needs of solar and wind power plants - ENERGO-PRO STANDARD SOLAR and ENERGO-PRO STANDARD WIND. For further clarification on the process of entering the free electricity market and concluding a contract with the company, operators in the specialized Call Center are available.

Within the framework of the current legislation, the conclusion of a contract on the free market is attractive to consumers from business, state and municipal institutions, and industrial enterprises. Currently, the period of public discussion of the standardized load profiles proposed by the electricity distribution companies, which will facilitate the purchase of energy on the free market for a large part of domestic consumers, is coming to an end. It is expected that the public discussion of the standardised load profiles for the free market will be completed by the beginning of March this year and, in accordance with the Electricity Trading Rules, their implementation will begin.
