ENERGO-PRO opened a third customer service center in Varna
This week a new, third for the city of Varna, ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center (CSOC) opened its doors on the ground floor of Tower G in Varna Towers, Blvd. Vladislav Varnenchik 258. In May 2019, the second in the city TSOK was opened at ul. Oborishte 13 A, where nearly 40,000 visitors have been registered so far.
“Our vision of an efficient energy company invariably includes an excellent attitude towards the customer and consideration of his needs,” said Angel Angelov, Manager of ENERGO-PRO Varna, “We strive to offer accessibility and a variety of channels of communication with us in order to improve our services. We set high goals and monitor their implementation in order to meet the need for quality customer service and provision of stable electricity supply in North-East Bulgaria”.
In connection with the state of emergency in the country and the measures taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19, the temporary working hours of the third CSOC in Varna are from 8:00 to 14:00, every weekday, with a break between 12:00 and 12:30 for disinfection. The new Customer Service Center is located not far from the large residential complexes in the city of Varna and provides the convenience of customers to park for free up to 2 hours at level -1 in the building of Varna Towers. For those using public transport, bus lines 22, 41, 409, 18, 40, 7, 48 and others stop in the immediate vicinity of the location.
ENERGO-PRO urges customers to visit the service centers of the company only in case of urgent need until their normal mode of operation is restored after the normalization of the epidemic situation in the country.
