ENERGO-PRO saves time and money of its customers through a new online service
ENERGO-PRO provided an opportunity for its customers to declare online their desire to receive a reminder notice of arrears in a faster and more convenient way for them.
The new module is available on the homepage of www.energo-pro.bg. Any customer of the company who wishes to receive a notice of late payment of an electricity bill by phone or email can now request the service free of charge and online. To do this, he must fill in his 10-digit customer number, the number of one of the invoices issued in the last 12 months, and indicate the phone number or email on which he wishes to receive the notification. Registration takes about a minute and saves time and money, since a visit to the Customer Service Center is not necessary to request the service.
Since the beginning of 2016, the company has sent more than 840,000 reminder notifications. Of these, 348 thousand are SMS - messages, 31 thousand were sent by e-mail and 462 thousand - by letter to the address. The experience of ENERGO-PRO shows that after the reminder, on average 95% of customers pay the delayed bill within a few days. Thus, the inconvenience of a possible outage and additional means of restoring the power supply are saved.
ENERGO-PRO strives to develop new online services for the convenience of its customers. In addition to the account verification module, there is also an information portal on the company's website, where every household customer can track their electricity consumption by month over the past three years.
