After replacing the underground cable lines in the center of Varna, ENERGO-PRO replaced the old distribution electrical cassettes with new, modern equipment. In addition to improving the appearance of the central part of the city, the new equipment of the cartridges guarantees a higher level of security of the power supply. They are part of the launched project of Varna Municipality for renovation of the overall appearance of the city, in which ENERGO-PRO actively participated.

“Within the project, we built a new pipe network with cable shafts, replaced low-voltage cable lines along Blvd. “Prince Boris I” and part of the adjacent streets, and where necessary, we built new ones. So far, we have invested nearly 120 thousand BGN in the renewal of the underground electricity distribution network in the city center of Varna. This investment was necessary in order to guarantee a higher security of electricity supply and to prevent the occurrence of accidents on the network, the elimination of which would require excavation of the laid new pavement,” said Stefan Abadzhiev, manager of ENERGO-PRO Varna.

The renovation of underground cable lines and electrical cassettes is part of the Varna Municipality's project for redevelopment of the main pedestrian zone of the city. With the replacement of the last few electricity meter panels in the buildings, the first part of the project for the renovation of the electricity infrastructure in the pedestrian part of the center and adjacent streets will be finalized.
