ENERGO-PRO received recognition for high environmental, social and corporate responsibility

The Czech group ENERGO-PRO received an ESG risk rating of 19.4 points from the rating agency Morningstar Sustainalytics, which has been evaluating the companies of the group since 2021. The new result is a significant improvement of 5.5 points compared to the previous assessment and places the Group 48th globally in electricity services among around 300 companies in the sector. The results reflect the company's commitment to sustainability and strong ESG risk management. This recognition is an incentive for even better future performance of the ENERGO-PRO Group in relation to social and environmental responsibilities.

The international energy company with a presence in Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Spain, Colombia, fulfills its ESG commitments through a specially created working group on climate change. The Group is responsible for managing the Decarbonisation Plan and implementing solutions to reduce the emissions of ENERGO-PRO companies in different parts of the world where it operates. Recommendations for various initiatives are provided, climate change risk assessments are carried out.

In parallel with its actions to mitigate the effects of climate change, ENERGO-PRO takes into account the importance of sustainable energy management in minimizing the impact on the environment resulting from the activities of its companies.
