ENERGO-PRO offers express service to its customers in Varna

Since 15.05.2017, a new express service counter has been operating in the customer center of ENERGO-PRO in Varna. It is intended for all visitors who would like to receive information about the company's services or consult with a specialist on a specific case. More than 1200 customers were served at the counter in TSOK Varna within a month.

The information provided at the express service counter is related to the services of the ENERGO-PRO group companies. The most frequently used services by clients are obtaining a reference for necessary applications to start a procedure and obtaining forms and samples. Customers can also receive documents prepared by the company in response to requests or inquiries, such as a protocol for deferred payment, a copy of the statement of findings and of an invoice, an agreed sketch/design visa, projects of electrical systems, installations and facilities. All mentioned services are also available at the other service points in the center.

The experience a month after the start of operation of the counter shows that the main issues on which visitors wish to consult are the procedure for changing the account holder, processes for new connection of objects to the electricity distribution network, updating of customer data and submitting an application for an electronic invoice.

The express counter saves time for visitors in the customer center of ENERGO-PRO in Varna, as they do not have to wait for customers whose service is related to filling and submitting documents. With the introduction of the new service, customer service time was reduced, while simultaneously optimizing the work and increasing the efficiency of the Customer Service Center.
