ENERGO-PRO offers electronic invoice for business customers from September 1st

The company launches the new service, with which it will provide an official accounting document by email to all its business customers

With the launch of the new service from September 1, 2013, ENERGO-PRO will send its business customers an electronic invoice, which is in accordance with the requirements of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act. The development and offering of the service is the result of active communication with customers and the aspiration of ENERGO-PRO to respond to their needs and requirements. The advantages for customers of receiving an electronic invoice are in several directions:

Convenience — they will receive a personal and timely original invoice at a specified email address and can store the received documents in an archive; Speed — they will receive their invoice as soon as it is issued; Security — receive a guarantee of the authenticity of the accounting document, security of the data provided, as well as personalized access to this information; Environmental protection — reduction of paper used for printing and Keeping our environment cleaner.

In order to receive their electronic invoice, all business customers who have not yet expressed a desire, need to fill in a declaration form, which they can find on the website http://www.energo-pro.bg/bg/Zayavi-elektronna-faktura and send them to the company together with a copy of the documents identifying their rights — power of authority/contract/other document. The documents can be submitted scanned to service@energo-pro.bg, by mail at the address: Blvd. “Vladislav Varnenchik” №258, Varna Towers, Tower G, str. Varna 9009, Directorate “Customer Service”, by fax on 052 577 665 or in the most convenient customer service center of ENERGO-PRO.
