ENERGO-PRO offers online survey and connection services with Virtual Customer Service Center

The Virtual Customer Service Center (Virtual CPC) online portal, available at https://my.energo-pro.bg/, started work to facilitate the customers of ENERGO-PRO. The portal provides an opportunity for new and existing customers who have a personal identification code (PIK), quickly, securely and without visiting an office to request and track the performance of a predefined group of services without using an electronic signature. The issuance of the PIK is carried out once, in person or through an authorized person, in a physical Service Center of the company. Access to the Virtual CPC portal and receipt of the PIK are free of charge.

Electronic submission of membership applications is the first group of services available online. With a PIC issued by ENERGO-PRO, the following can be requested in absentia via Virtual CPC:

· Request for a preliminary study in order to change the purpose of the land/development/approval of the PUP;

· Request to study the conditions for connection of a customer site to the electricity distribution network;

· Request for the conclusion of a contract for the connection of a customer site to the electricity distribution network.

The portal can also track the execution of the services requested by the client of the specified type, regardless of the channel of their receipt: online through a Virtual CPC or on site at the ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center. It is enough for the client to have a PIC code.

The company plans to periodically expand the portfolio of digitized services provided through the Virtual CPC.
