ENERGO-PRO provides an opportunity for self-report to its customers in connection with the change in the price of electricity from October

When setting a new price of electricity by the State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation, all domestic and small business customers in the territory of ENERGO-PRO have the opportunity, as before, to report and submit to the company the readings of their electricity meter by September 30. Customers who wish to take advantage of this opportunity can provide their data on the company's 24-hour telephone number: 0700 161 61, by email: service@energo-pro.bg or in the customer service center most convenient for them. The meter readings as of September 30 will be accepted until October 7 inclusive. The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the declared data.

Self-reporting is carried out at the request of customers and is optional. For those who did not submit their data to the company by October 7, the consumption during the reporting period will be distributed in proportion to the days before the price change and the days after the change.

Like all cases of change in the price of electrical energy, it will also be reflected in customer invoices. In this regard, the invoices for the month of October will contain two subperiods — a subperiod at the old prices until 1.10.2014 and a subperiod at the new prices from 1.10.2014. The reporting period of customers does not change.

The company has already launched the regular report of electricity consumption for the month of October and it will be carried out on schedule.
