ENERGO-PRO moves its Customer Service Center in Varna to its old address at ul. “Devnya” № 2

From September 24 (Monday) “ENERGO-PRO” will receive its customers in Varna at ul. “Devnya” No. 2. The company moved the Customer Service Center from the Varna Towers complex to the building at its old address, located in the immediate vicinity of the railway station.

The working hours of the customer center remain the same — from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It will continue to operate 4 cash desks for payment of services and consumed electricity, and counters for inquiries and document processing are increased to 11.

In the center of ul. “Devnya” No. 2 customers will be able to take advantage of all the services offered by the company — checking and paying the electricity bill, updating customer data, receiving reports, submitting an application for technical inspection of an electricity meter or meter panel, as well as for joining a new facility, concluding or terminating a contract for the supply of electricity, and others.

The relocation of the centre will not impede the normal running of customer service processes. For those who missed the information about the change of address, in the first week after the move, from 24 to 30 September, an electronic cash register and 1 counter for consultations and processing of documents will continue to operate in the shopping complex “Varna Towers”.
