  • Domestic customers can request a change in phone and contact email or request an electronic invoice at: https://update.energo-pro.bg/;
  • Inquiries regarding the monthly bill, invoices and payments can be made to the email address service@energo-pro.bgor by phone 0700 800 61;
  • Inquiries regarding the report, reporting schedule, health of commercial metering devices (electricity meters) can be made to the e-mail address info@erpsever.bgor phone 0700 161 61;
  • Declarations for updating the provided power can be sent to the postal address: Gr. Varna, blvd. Vl. Varnenchik, 258, Tower D or by e-mail in the presence of a qualified electronic signature (KEP);
  • Written inquiries to the companies of the ENERGO-PRO group can be sent to the postal address: Gr. Varna, blvd. Vl. Varnenchik, 258, Tower D or by e-mail in the presence of a qualified electronic signature (KEP);
  • For procedures for changing the coordinator of a balancing group for free market objects with a standardized load profile, we recommend using our online platform: https://online.energo-pro.bg/;
  • For procedures for changing the coordinator of a balancing group for free market objects with hourly measurement, documents signed with an electronic signature can be sent to an email address info@erpsever.bg.
