ENERGO-PRO received residents of Kavarna municipality in an exported office

ENERGO-PRO organized an office for residents of the municipality of Kavarna on December 18 in the building of the Municipality. The initiative was launched in February 2014 and works on schedule in smaller settlements, where there are no permanent customer service centers. The goal is to provide the opportunity for the maximum number of residents of small municipalities to personally submit documents in connection with the company's services, without having to travel to the nearest city where there is a customer service center.

In order to be easily accessible to residents, the mobile office was located in the building of the Municipality of Kavarna. This was made possible thanks to the kind cooperation that the Mayor of the Municipality Tsonko Tsonev provided to ENERGO-PRO.

ENERGO-PRO specialists received residents of Kavarna municipality and consulted them on issues related to electricity consumption. The joint initiative of the municipality and the electricity company was visited by dozens of residents of the municipality. They turned to the specialists Customer Service for a batch change, for consultations related to accession procedures, for an explanation of bills and the tariff structure of the price of electricity. The exported office was also visited by representatives of several companies who registered to receive an electronic invoice for the monthly consumption. Electronic invoicing is a service that saves money and time and is a great convenience for business customers.

One of the visitors, Mr. Antonov, shared: “It is very convenient because I did not have to go to the customer service center in Dobrich. I received fast and quality service, and most importantly, we did the job I had come for.”

A significant part of the clients were from the villa areas of Kavarna. In recent years, the “Old Vineyards” area has grown and electricity consumption has increased significantly. In order to improve the capacity of the electricity distribution network in this area, ENERGO-PRO is holding talks with the Municipality of Kavarna for the purchase of a municipal substation, to which customers from the villa area can be connected. This will significantly improve the quality of electricity in the area.

In the new 2015, the teams of ENERGO-PRO Customer Service specialists will continue to visit various settlements on the territory of North-East Bulgaria in order to meet with as many clients as possible, to provide them with the opportunity to submit documents related to the company's services and update their data.
