ENERGO-PRO receives clients in outsourced offices in Dobrich and Silistra region

The fourth stage for 2018 of the project “Exported offices” in the service of ENERGO-PRO customers has been launched. From 10 to 21 September, the company's specialists will visit 19 small towns and villages in Dobrich and Silistra regions, including Balchik, Kavarna, Obrochishte, General Toshevo, Dulovo, Tutrakan. The initiative has been successfully implemented since 2013 in settlements in North-East Bulgaria, where there is no permanently functioning ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center.

In the outsourced reception rooms of the company, customers have the opportunity to start a procedure for changing the account holder, to request and use cashless services, to receive advice on the process of connecting a new object to the electricity distribution network, to ask questions concerning the electricity supply, as well as to submit updated information about their correspondence data. In order to take advantage of the services offered in the exported offices, the client must carry and present an identity document and a document of ownership of the property.
