ENERGO-PRO receives clients in exported offices in the municipalities of Devnya, Dalgopol and Valchi dol

The autumn stage of the ENERGO-PRO “Exported Offices” initiative for 2019 will take place between 16 and 19 September. Four settlements in Varna region will be covered - the city of Devnya, the villages of Asparuhovo and Tsonevo to the municipality of Dalgopol and the village of General Kiselovo in the municipality of Valchi dol.

Traditionally, traveling teams of “Customer Service” specialists visit various small settlements of the serviced territory, both at the initiative of the company and at the invitation of local administrative structures. In each settlement, mobile consultants will be available within one day, during which visitors will have the opportunity to obtain information on topics related to the connection and electricity supply of objects, to request and use cashless services, to discuss individual cases and others.

The “Exported Offices” project has a 6-year history. It is held in the spring and autumn months, when increased customer activity is reported. Since the beginning of 2019, the travel teams have visited more than 80 settlements, where more than 3,000 customers have been received and served. More than 5,000 services were performed, most of which were related to changing the account holder and updating data. The trend is to add new locations and reach more users every year. The program is part of ENERGO-PRO's efforts to always be close to its customers, enabling those who live in areas further away from the permanent service centers to use the company's services, saving them money and travel time.
