ENERGO-PRO accepts applications for the free market at a specialized service desk

Since the beginning of July, the ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center in Varna has been operating a specialized counter designed for customers who buy electricity on the free market in Bulgaria. More and more small and medium-sized companies are moving from a regulated to a liberalized market and for this reason ENERGO-PRO has allocated a separate place for service, to facilitate these customers.

The new service point in the customer center of the company in Varna provides an opportunity to register an end customer object in the electricity market at freely agreed prices, as well as to submit an application for the change of coordinator of a balancing group. The statutory period for submission of documents under these procedures is until the 10th of the month preceding the month for which the change is requested. Therefore, a customer service specialist will accept and process free market applications from the 1st to the 10th of each month.

Dozens of businesses have already taken advantage of the convenience of the new counter in the first ten days of July. Specialized service saves time and facilitates procedures related to a liberalized market. In September, the company plans to open such specialized service counters on the free market in its centers in Gorna Oryahovitsa and Shumen, as well as to set up another counter in TSOK Varna.
