ENERGO-PRO Sales announces its intention to submit an application for price validation to the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation

On the basis of Art. 36a, para. 1 of the Energy Act (PE) and Art. 46 of Ordinance No. 1 of 14.03.2017 on regulation of electricity prices (the Ordinance), ENERGO-PRO Sales AD informs its customers that it intends to submit an application to the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) P) for the approval of new prices for the electricity supply service from the final supplier from 01.07.2018

The application for price validation of the company takes into account the ongoing process of liberalization of the market and will propose to the EWRC to recognize the maximum amount of the surcharge for the final supply activity within the meaning of Art. 10, para. 4 of the Ordinance. Subject to the requirements for determining the prices of the services provided, the costs incurred by the company under Article 31, item 2, b. “g” of the PE for balancing the electricity system in their actual amount, as well as the energy efficiency costs imposed by the Energy Efficiency Act will also be included.
