ENERGO-PRO Sales AD launched a procedure for public discussion of draft General Terms and Conditions of contracts for the supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort

By Decision No L-410/ 01.07.2013 The State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation issued to ENERGO-PRO Sales AD a license for the activity “supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort”. As a supplier of last resort, ENERGO-PRO Sales AD will supply:

(1) customers whose facilities are connected to the electricity distribution network at medium voltage level, until their choice of another supplier;

(2) customers whose supplier on the market at freely negotiated prices does not perform delivery for reasons beyond the control of the customer.

In fulfillment of its obligations under Art. 128 of Ordinance No. 3 of 21.03.2013 on licensing of activities in the energy sector, with today ENERGO-PRO Sales AD launched a procedure for public discussion of draft General Terms and Conditions of contracts for the supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort under Art. 95a, para. 2 of the Energy Act ethics.

The draft General Terms and Conditions of the contracts of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD for the supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort is published on the websites www.energo-pro.bg and www.energo-pro-sales.bg, as well as in all Customer Service Centers. In addition to the project, the company has published Rules for Working with Users of Energy Services, which are part of the General Terms and Conditions according to Art. 38c, para. 3 of the Energy Act.
