ENERGO-PRO Sales issued the interim invoices for electricity in connection with the change of the final payment dates

From August 1, the electricity supply company in North-East Bulgaria, ENERGO-PRO Sales, changes the final dates for payment of consumed electricity. The change is a result of the new reporting schedule of the electricity distribution company of the ENERGO-PRO Varna group, which came into force from July 1.

Before the introduction of the new reporting schedule, a large number of ENERGO-PRO Sales customers received an interim report in June, on the basis of which interim invoices for consumed electricity were issued. The aim is to prevent the issuance of consumption invoices for a period longer than 31 days. Interim invoices will not lead to an increase in the amount owed by customers for the period and will be formed on the basis of the actual electricity consumed. Their payment deadline, depending on the billing group, is July 23 or August 20. In the event that a client has difficulty paying off his obligation within this period, he can take advantage of the possibility of deferred payment. To do this, it is necessary to submit a request to the customer center of ENERGO-PRO and note in his request that the reason for the difficulty is the change in the final payment date. The same will be considered with priority.

The next accounting of consumed electricity will be according to the new schedule, and from August the final payment dates will be the 5th, 15th, 20th or 24th of the month, depending on which reporting group the respective customer falls into.
