ENERGO-PRO Sales awards four customers in the game “Pay online and win”

ENERGO-PRO Sales has withdrawn the four winning participants in the game to promote cashless payments “Pay online and win”. For them, three shopping vouchers worth BGN 100 in a chain of stores of their choice and a big prize - a tablet are provided. Nearly 1000 customers of the company took part in the game, who paid their electricity bills through the site https://vp.energo-pro.bg/in the period from 07 July to 07 August 2020 inclusive. The draw took place on August 13, 2020 in the presence of a notary in the administrative building of the company in Varna. The names of the lucky ones drawn at random are announced on the Internet at https://www.energo-pro.bg/bg/kampanii/igra-plati-onlajn-i-specheli, as well as in all customer service centers of ENERGO-PRO. Winning participants will be able to receive their prizes at their preferred Customer Service Center. ENERGO-PRO Sales will personally contact each winner in order to pre-arrange a convenient day and time for visiting.

Online payment of monthly obligations for consumed electricity through the company's website was introduced by ENERGO-PRO Sales at the end of April 2020. As a response to the company's efforts to continuously improve the service standards of its customers is the fact that over 15,000 payments were registered through the virtual POS terminal during the four months of its operation.
