ENERGO-PRO Sales announced its intention to submit an application for validation of the component from the regulated price of a final supplier

On the basis of Art. 36a of the Energy Act (PE) ENERGO-PRO Sales AD informs its customers that it intends to submit an application to the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) for approval of the component of the regulated price of the final supplier in connection with the supply of electricity to domestic final customers for the upcoming pricing period from 01.07.2025

ENERGO-PRO Sales AD will include in its application a request for recognition of costs arising from imposed obligations under the Energy Efficiency Act.
