ENERGO-PRO Sales organizes a public discussion of the draft General Terms and Conditions of the contracts for the supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort

By decision of July 1, 2013, the State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation issued to ENERGO-PRO Sales AD a license for the activity “supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort”. As a supplier of last resort, ENERGO-PRO Sales will supply:

customers whose facilities are connected to the electricity distribution network at medium voltage level, until their choice of another supplier; customers whose supplier on the market at freely negotiated prices does not carry out delivery for reasons beyond the control of the customer.

On July 25, 2013 ENERGO-PRO Sales AD launched a procedure for public discussion of draft General Terms and Conditions of contracts for the supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort in accordance with the current legislation. On the same date, the project was published in all customer service centers of the company, as well as on the websites of www.energo-pro.bg and www.energo-pro-sales.bg. In addition, the company also publishes Rules for Working with Energy Service Users, which are part of the General Terms and Conditions under the Energy Act.

Customers, consumer and business organizations can send their suggestions and comments on the project to the attention of the Customer Service Directorate until August 26, 2013, inclusive, to the correspondence address of the company in Varna, at Blvd. Vl.
