ENERGO-PRO Sales prepares the implementation of the Program for compensation of expenses of non-domestic final customers

ENERGO-PRO Sales AD is in an active process of coordinating the signing of a contract with the Electricity System Security Fund for the implementation of the program approved by the Council of Ministers (CM) for compensation of the costs of non-domestic final customers for electricity for the period from 01.07.2024 to 31.12.2024. The next step in the implementation of the Programme is approval by the European Commission (EC), as enshrined in Decision No 546 of 31.07.2024 of the ICJ. The electricity company will await the relevant positive decision or opinion of the EC on the issue of compensation to non-domestic final customers and will make the corresponding charges in the invoices in the month following the Commission's approval.
