ENERGO-PRO continues to invest in electrical facilities in Ruse

The teams of ENERGO-PRO Networks in Ruse completely replaced a cable line between two substations - “Elektrotehnikum” and “OKS” in the area of the commercial zone in the city. The old oil cable was replaced with a new dry cable, with an aluminum core and with significantly better technical characteristics. As a result of the reconstruction, three vocational high schools and a large number of businesses in the area received a more reliable power supply.

In parallel, teams of ENERGO-PRO Networks from Ruse carried out the replacement of electricity meters on the territory of the city and the district. Every day, about 100-150 meters are replaced in the district with new ones, with a higher class of measurement accuracy and meeting all regulatory requirements.

ENERGO-PRO has a standard procedure for the replacement of electricity meters, which protects the rights of customers to the maximum extent. A protocol is drawn up in which the readings of the old and new electricity meters are recorded, after which they are reflected in the information system of ENERGO-PRO. In the event that the user is not present at the replacement, he can receive the document in the Customer Service Center of the company or at the address specified by him for correspondence.

The works carried out are part of the repair program of the electricity distribution company. The investments are aimed at improving the quality and reliability of electricity supply in North-East Bulgaria.
