ENERGO-PRO continues to reconstruct the electricity network in Shumen and the region

Teams of ENERGO-PRO Networks from Shumen continue to implement the repair and investment program of the company in Shumen region. In the summer months, in different areas of the district, the poles of the low-voltage air network were replaced to ensure their trouble-free operation even in adverse weather conditions.

Specialists of the company from Hitrino prepared the twenty-kilovolt air power line “Timarevo” for the upcoming winter season, cleaning the overgrown tree branches near the wires. In winter, the branches, as a result of bad weather conditions, weigh down and cause short circuits or break, fall on the wires and tear them. The excavations made will significantly limit the possibilities of occurrence of accidents and will facilitate the servicing of the facilities from the electricity distribution network.

The electricians of ENERGO-PRO Grids from Omurtag replaced 1579 meters with new ones in the city. Along with the replacement of the means of technical measurement, the replacement of the main fuses of the meter panels with automatic ones is also carried out. They are calibrated to protect customers' installations from overload during the winter months, when electricity consumption traditionally increases.

Teams of the company from Shumen also assisted in the construction of a new concrete complex transformer station (BCCT) in the western industrial zone of the city. After carrying out the complex tests of the facility by ENERGO-PRO specialists, the transformer substation will be put into operation.

Through the preventive activities that ENERGO-PRO Grids carries out regularly, the facilities are maintained in good operating condition, technical losses on the network are reduced and the quality of the electricity supplied is ensured
