ENERGO-PRO changes the terms of payment of electricity bills of some of its customers
ENERGO-PRO Sales plans to change the terms of payment of electricity bills of some of its customers. The new deadlines will be reflected in the invoices for the month of July, which are payable in August. For the convenience of customers, the change will be made in the summer months, during which the bills are at their lowest.
The current deadlines for payment of utility bills — 10th, 15th or 25th of the month — from August 2016 will be changed to 1st or 10th. At this stage, the payment deadline number 25 is reserved for customers in small settlements, which are served by the branches of Bulgarian Posts AD.
The introduction of the new deadlines will improve the customer service of ENERGO-PRO. They will be able to monitor their consumption more easily, since the period during which they will pay their bills will be closer to that during which they consumed the electricity.
Customers in whom the payment terms change will be informed in a timely manner by sticking a sticker on the border of the properties. Additional information about the new individual payment terms can be obtained by calling ENERGO-PRO 0700 1 61 61 61 and on the company's website www.energo-pro.bg.
During the month of August, the company will not cut off the power supply to customers who have delayed the payment of their obligations in order to have time to react to the change.
