ENERGO-PRO held another leadership reception day in the city of Shumen

Residents of the district took the opportunity to meet with senior managers of the company and put their questions in direct contact

Yesterday, May 8, 2014, the management of the electricity distribution company in North-East Bulgaria welcomed residents of Shumen district for the second time during the organized reception day within the framework of the campaign “At the service of the customer”. The meetings were hosted by Stefan Abadzhiev, Manager of ENERGO-PRO, Maria Dimitrova, Director Customer Service and Yani Yanev, Head of Distribution Service Center Shumen. The Ombudsman of the city of Shumen, Ivan Kapralov, again joined the reception day in his role as a mediator of goodwill.

“For four months we have been organizing reception days in all regional centers on the territory of North-East Bulgaria, during which I, together with other representatives of the management staff of the company, meet directly with people and their problems. We strive to answer all their questions and, within our capabilities, to find a solution to the specific cases they put before us. Sometimes this proves to be a difficult task, since there are cases that are beyond the competence of ENERGO-PRO and require the expert intervention of other institutions. In such situations, we assist our clients by advising them on whom to turn and what steps to take to solve their problem. Our goal is to be as useful as possible to people, to look for ways to improve our services and increase the satisfaction of our customers. “, said Maria Dimitrova.

At the meetings held today in the city of Shumen, the leaders of ENERGO-PRO discussed with customers issues related to electricity consumption and the possibility of connecting objects to the electricity distribution network.
