ENERGO-PRO expands the functionalities of its information system in relation to the free market
ENERGO-PRO prepares its information system for operation in accordance with the requirements of the free market. The company introduces new functionalities that facilitate the process of changing the electricity supplier on the market at freely negotiated prices. In this regard, in the period 25-27 May 2016 inclusive, Customer Service Centers will not be able to accept applications for paid services under the company's price list.
On 21, 25, 26 and 27 May 2016 it will not be possible to pay the electricity bills at the online cash desks in the Customer Service Centers of ENERGO-PRO, Bulgarian Post and Information Service. Debts can be paid at EasyPay cash desks or cashless — by bank transfer, through an ATM and via the Internet with electronic banking or the electronic payment system ePay.bg. From 19 to 30 May 2016, the company will not interrupt the supply of electricity to customers who have delayed the repayment of their electricity obligations.
