ENERGO-PRO explains with a new brochure how to pay the electricity bill quickly, easily and conveniently
The cashless payment brochure is another step towards better customer awareness within the framework of the company's large-scale initiative “At the service of the customer”
ENERGO-PRO's campaign “At the service of the customer”, which was launched at the beginning of February on the occasion of World Consumer Day — March 15, continues in full force. In addition to the three new options for customer service and information, which are very positively received by the public (“Exported office” with mobile experts, “Reception day of the management of ENERGO-PRO” and “Energy Consultant”), the company also provided its customers with a specially developed brochure with information on cashless methods of checking and paying the electricity bill.
“New opportunities are constantly emerging for easier and faster payments. Everyone's time is precious, and if we can make the payment from the comfort of our own home or office, it is completely unnecessary to travel to checkout or wait in queues. We strive to regularly introduce our customers to these new options.”, explained Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service at ENERGO-PRO.
The average American spends about 118 hours a year waiting in line. No one has done Bulgarian statistics, but it is hardly more “rosy” than the American one. Therefore, it is very important for all of us to know how we can save ourselves unnecessary travel, waiting and the risk of missing some payment deadline.
The brochure issued by ENERGO-PRO is intended for both domestic and business customers and contains practical information about the possibilities offered by the company together with its partners for cashless payment — via the Internet, with direct debit, with Transcard and Icard, through an ATM, through the ePay system. The advantages of this type of payment are that customers save time and effort from visiting the cash registers and avoid delay or risk of missing a payment. At the same time, this method provides good planning and control of customers' monthly expenses and, last but not least, flexibility, since in addition to their bill, they can also pay the electricity bills of their relatives and relatives.
