ENERGO-PRO implements a new project for 100,000 leva for renovation of power lines

2000 customers receive more secure electricity supply in Razgrad and Ruse

ENERGO-PRO Networks implements a project for modernization of the electricity distribution network covering the area of the town of Loznitsa in the Razgrad region and the settlements Bozichen, Slivo Pole, Vetovo and Marten in the Ruse region. The reconstruction is part of the Investment Program of the company for 2017, and the invested funds amount to nearly BGN 100,000.

In the area of Loznica and Razgrad, the modernization includes the replacement of the suspension on the overhead power lines, as well as the replacement of the ceramic insulators with silicone ones with high hydrophobicity and flexibility. As a result of the reconstruction, more than 2000 customers of ENERGO-PRO receive a more secure and quality electricity supply. The performance of the pumping stations of the water supply system, powered by the repaired power lines, will also be improved.

In the Ruse region ENERGO-PRO renewed parts of the low-voltage overhead network by installing twisted insulated wires with greater resistance to adverse climatic conditions. In the cities of Vetovo and Marten, meters were exported to hundreds of customers, which will facilitate the monthly accounting of consumption.

The performed renovation of the armature on the medium voltage network will reduce the likelihood of automatic shutdowns. The implementation of the Investment Program continues on schedule with planned repair works on the electrical facilities in the territory serviced by ENERGO-PRO.
