ENERGO-PRO repairs 700 meters of power lines in the area of the villages of Krivica and Ostrovce, Razgrad region

Specialists of ENERGO-PRO Networks restored 700 meters of wires from overhead power lines that supply electricity to the area of Razgrad villages Krivica and Ostrovce.

One of the air lines was torn in many places due to the onset of winter at the end of October, and on the other there were numerous accidents due to fallen trees.

During the circumnavigation of the facilities, the emergency teams found that for 10 interflights, the wires were torn and lying on the ground. The cause of the accidents, which left the inhabitants of the two villages temporarily without electricity, was the severe icing of the wires, which reached a thickness of more than 6 cm, the fallen trees on them and a seriously damaged iron lattice pole 13 meters high.

After electricians replaced the broken insulators and repaired the crooked consoles on the poles, they restored overhead power lines and turned on power to residents in the area within the same day.

The repaired power lines are more resistant to adverse weather conditions and provide a more stable power supply to the residents of the two villages.
