ENERGO-PRO assists in solving the problem of water supply of the city of Omurtag in compliance with the law and ensuring safety

ENERGO-PRO received a request for the organization of a temporary power supply scheme for the pumping stations of the water supply system located on the territory of the municipality of Omurtag.

The company's teams are actively working to provide a fast and safe temporary solution for powering one pumping station. The second pumping station will be fed after granting permission for use. It is expected that representatives of the Municipality will sign the urgent documents sent by ENERGO-PRO today. It is also necessary to urgently activate the procedure for the legalization of the second pumping station.

The allegations circulated in the public domain that ENERGO-PRO refuses to temporarily supply water pumping stations of Targovishte are not true. The problem with the water supply of the city of Omurtag dates back to 2013, but the two contracts for the connection of the water supply facilities have not been finalized because the Municipality has not provided all the necessary documents. The Municipality of Omurtag has not built all the electrical facilities related to the water supply infrastructure. Those who are ready are not legalized.

The contractual commitments of ENERGO-PRO were fulfilled already in 2013, and the company has built the necessary facilities for the connection of the facilities for which it has a duly issued use permit. Pressure on the company to supply electricity to illegal facilities is unacceptable and in violation not only of legal norms, but also of all norms of safe operation.
