ENERGO-PRO strives for partnership with local authorities in the implementation of infrastructure projects

To improve the joint work and effective interaction in the implementation of infrastructure projects, as well as the synchronization of plans in the execution of construction and repair works, the governors of ENERGO-PRO Varna and the mayors of the regional centers in North-East Bulgaria agreed. As part of its regional tour, the management of the energy company this week met with the mayors of Veliko Tarnovo, Gorna Oryahovitsa, Shumen and Razgrad. The main focus of the meetings was also the work in winter conditions.

The Governors of ENERGO-PRO Varna Angel Angelov, Angela Toneva and Georgi Korshiya informed the representatives of the local government about the investments made in the electricity distribution infrastructure of North-East Bulgaria in 2019, amounting to over BGN 45 million, as well as the intentions for investments by regions in 2020. The priority areas in the company's investment program this year are improving the operation of the electricity distribution network, increasing the quality of power supply, reducing technological costs and implementing energy-efficient projects.

The managers of ENERGO-PRO informed the mayors about the changes in the work with business customers in 2020 and the upcoming change in the way of calculating the price for access to the electricity distribution network.

ENERGO-PRO pursues a policy of active communication with the local authorities in North-East Bulgaria. Thus, current problems are solved operationally and solutions to difficulties that have arisen are sought. Good interaction is at the service of customers by providing more reliable and quality power supply and creating conditions for easier connection of new sites.
