ENERGO-PRO will invoice the electricity consumed by customers according to the new electricity prices approved by the DCEFR in force from 1 July 2014
The company provides the possibility of self-report to all customers who wish
Today, 30 June 2014, the State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) published Decision C-12/30.06.2014 on the entry into force of new electricity prices from 1 July 2014. As before, ENERGO-PRO will invoice the electricity consumed by the customers according to the approved prices of the DCEFR in accordance with the General Conditions for Supply and Distribution of Electricity of ENERGO-PRO Grids.
The company will not make changes to the reporting of its customers in connection with the change in the price of electricity, and regular reporting will be carried out on schedule. The reporting period for domestic customers is divided into two sub-periods — a sub-period at old prices up to 30 June 2014 inclusive and a sub-period at new prices from 1 July 2014. The electricity consumed by them is distributed in proportion to the days before and after the date of the change in price on the basis of average daily consumption.
ENERGO-PRO's practice is to provide an opportunity for self-reporting to its customers when the price of electricity changes. Any customer who wishes to record the data from their electricity meter by 30 June 2014 can declare their readings by phone 070016161, in the customer service centers, as well as by e-mail service@energo-pro.bg. Customers who wish to take advantage of the opportunity provided by the company must indicate their client and subscriber number when declaring their readings in order to ensure the correctness of their coverage in the system.
The Company will accept statements from its customers within one week from the date of the effective decision of the Regulator, i.e. until July 7, 2014 inclusive. Customer data will be entered into the system by June 30, 2014 regardless of the date of their submission. The company reserves the right to check the accuracy of the declared readings.
