ENERGO-PRO will invoice the electricity consumed by customers at the new prices approved by the DCEFR after the publication of the Commission decision

ENERGO-PRO is preparing to invoice the consumed electricity to customers at the new prices, which are expected to be approved today by a Decision of the State Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (DCEVR). The company will carry out, as before, the calculation of the energy consumed by the customers in accordance with the General Conditions for the supply and distribution of electrical energy of ENERGO-PRO Grids.

As of now, the company has launched its regular monthly report. For domestic customers, the reporting period is divided into two subperiods - a subperiod under the new and a subperiod at the current prices. The electricity consumed by domestic customers is distributed in proportion to the number of days before and after the date of the price change based on average daily consumption.

ENERGO-PRO also provides domestic customers with the opportunity to declare the readings of their electricity meter on the date of entry into force of the decision by phone 0700 161 61, in the customer service centers and by e-mail: service@energo-pro.bg. It is important when declaring readings that customers indicate their customer and subscriber numbers in order to ensure the correctness of their coverage in the system. ENERGO-PRO will accept meter readings from customers until March 11 inclusive. The company reserves the right to check the declared readings and not take them into account if there is a discrepancy.

Once the final decision of the DCEFR on the new prices is published, ENERGO-PRO will add information on the final tariff price in the invoices of customers, but will also keep the distribution by individual components in order to ensure full transparency of the invoices.
