ENERGO-PRO will carry out the prevention of facilities in the resort. “Albena” without interrupting the electricity supply in the resort
In connection with the upcoming prevention of 4 substations and other facilities owned by ENERGO-PRO Grids, on the territory of the resort. “Albena” and in connection with a message sent to the media by “Albena” AD, we clarify that the planned activities on the facilities are not related to the disconnection of the power supply of any objects in the resort. The electricity distribution company has provided all necessary technical measures so that the prevention does not affect the continuity of the electricity supply of the resort complex.
In this regard, the statements in the message sent by Albena AD to the media that the resort complex will be without electricity on June 15, 2015 and June 16, 2015, are misleading and do not correspond to the truth.
The prevention of the facilities, which is to be carried out at the beginning of next week in the substations, is a standard activity that is required in order to maintain the facilities of the electricity distribution network in good technical and operational condition. The purpose of this prevention is to ensure the sustainable operation of the network during the active tourist season and to eliminate the danger of accidents, such as the one that occurred in the complex at the end of May.
The accusations of Albena AD that a “blow” is being prepared against the tourist company are incomprehensible and devoid of any real basis.
As a company that distributes electricity on the territory of North-East Bulgaria, ENERGO-PRO Networks strictly fulfills its licensing obligations related to the maintenance of the electricity distribution network. We would like to emphasize once again that the planned inspection and prevention of distribution facilities planned on 15.06.2015 and 16.06.2015 has the task of ensuring a successful and trouble-free tourist season in the resort. “Albena” and in it there is no provision for interruption of the electricity supply of the resort complex.
