ENERGO-PRO will advise its clients in 20 new exported offices

From 10 to 14 June ENERGO-PRO organizes the holding of outsourced offices in 20 new settlements. This time the Customer Service specialists of the company will welcome visitors in mobile reception rooms on the territory of Varna region.

In the first two stages of the 2019 campaign, ENERGO-PRO teams visited a total of 60 settlements in Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Shumen districts. More than 2,000 customers of the company were served. The most frequently used service, for which the visitors turned to the representatives of ENERGO-PRO, was the opportunity to enter into contractual relations on the basis of acquired properties from purchase and sale, by inheritance or after voluntary division. Another massively demanded service was the provision of up-to-date customer data, which will guarantee the client effective communication with the company when necessary.

As in previous campaigns, in the offices exported next week in Varna district all customers from the 20 settlements will again be able to use various ENERGO-PRO services without having to travel to the customer centers in the district city. The company's specialists will provide assistance to each client in the reception rooms on changing the holder of the lot, joining a new object to the electricity distribution network and other services that do not require cash payment. It is necessary for the client to present an identity document and a document certifying the ownership of the property to which the relevant service relates.
