ENERGO-PRO facilitates electricity producers by automatically issuing invoices
ENERGO-PRO introduces a self-billing process that ensures faster and more convenient processing of invoices purchased energy. With the new service, the energy company issues an invoice in the name and at the expense of the manufacturer. This saves time, excludes the possibility of administrative errors and ensures correctness in the documentation of electricity sales.
There are thousands of electricity producers in Bulgaria — from small photovoltaic installations to larger hydroelectric and biogas plants. All of them sell the energy they produce to licensed dealers or final suppliers and process the related reports and documentation on a monthly basis. Therefore, self-billing is the most effective solution — it fully automates the process and allows the producer to directly receive the amounts due for the purchased electricity.
The new service ensures that each partner receives accurate, transparent and timely information, and the processes between the company and the manufacturers run quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy. Invoices are automatically issued by ENERGO-PRO, based on the reported quantities, and are provided to manufacturers for confirmation via electronic channel. The company makes the payment on the issued invoice within the terms specified in the electricity purchase contract.
