ENERGO-PRO Varna is now a single-member joint-stock company

ENERGO-PRO Varna EOOD has been transformed into a single-member joint-stock company. The change in the legal form of the company was entered in the commercial register on July 5, 2016.

ENERGO-PRO Varna EAD, legal successor of ENERGO-PRO Varna EOOD, is majority owner of ENERGO-PRO Networks, ENERGO-PRO Sales and sole owner of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services.

After the transformation, the company will be managed by a Management Board consisting of Momchil Andreev, Stefan Abadzhiev and Georgi Korshiya. ENERGO-PRO Varna EAD is represented to third parties by the Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer Momchil Andreev alone, as well as by Georgi Korshiya and Stefan Abadzhiev together. The company will also be managed by a supervisory board consisting of Petar Milev, Vlastimil Ourzada and Rada Peeva.

Through its subsidiaries ENERGO-PRO Grids and ENERGO-PRO Sales the company carries out the activities of distribution and supply of electric energy in the territory of North-East Bulgaria.
