ENERGO-PRO includes 10 new settlements in the campaign for exported offices

The autumn stage of the ENERGO-PRO Exported Offices campaign continues in the period 25-29 September. Teams of the energy company will receive and consult customers in 10 small settlements in the districts of Shumen and Targovishte.

Residents of the ten settlements included in the next stage of the initiative will be able, as before, to take advantage of ENERGO-PRO services, which require a visit to a customer center. In the exported offices, customers can initiate a procedure for changing the account holder, consult about the process of connecting a new facility to the electricity distribution network or take advantage of other ENERGO-PRO services. Only in the reception rooms there will be no possibility to use services related to cash payments.

The mobile offices in both districts will be held in accessible rooms in the building of the respective town hall and will be open from 10.00 to 14.00. A necessary condition for using the services available in the reception rooms is the presentation of an identity document and a document of ownership of the property. Thus, with the use of a given service, visitors to the exported offices of ENERGO-PRO will be able to provide up-to-date data for correspondence, which will guarantee them effective communication with the company.

In October ENERGO-PRO plans to organize mobile reception centers in small settlements on the territory of Varna region.
