Specialists from ENEGO-PRO Networks recovered more than a kilometer of air wire after theft from the company's facilities in the Razgrad village of Kostandenets. Unknown persons stole 1020 meters of copper wire with a total weight of 121 kg. from the low-voltage network in the village. Twelve households out of the 300 inhabitants of the village were affected. After the law enforcement agencies did their job, the company's employees made an organization and in hours restored power to all customers.

In the village of Han Krum in Shumen, other unknown persons smashed a transformer substation “First Lift” and stole a transformer machine supplying business customers, including the facilities of “Plumbing”. The very next day, a new transformer machine was installed. As a result of the quick and adequate actions of the employees of ENERGO-PRO Networks AD, the interruption of water supply to 350 households and 53 business companies in the village was prevented.

In cases of equipment theft, the company prioritizes sending specialized teams to the site to repair the damage to the network in order to minimize the time that people are left without power while the repair work is underway.
