ENERGO-PRO took part in the Open Doors Day at the Electrical Engineering Group in Varna

The Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering in Varna held an Open Day with the active participation of ENERGO-PRO as an employer and main partner of the educational institution. The idea of the event is to acquaint the candidate high school students with the training specialties offered by the school. Current students from different specialties in the field of electrical engineering demonstrated author's projects, realized thanks to the knowledge learned in high school.

During the event, Human Resources specialists at ENERGO-PRO presented the opportunities for development and realization in the company — projects, internships, programs. The options for inclusion in the proposed projects were discussed both in the course of training in the vocational high school and after graduation from secondary education.

The event ended with a competition with presentations by high school students on the topic “Energy of the Future”, which were evaluated by a committee with the participation of a specialist from ENERGO-PRO.

As part of its policy to support future electricians and electrical engineers, ENERGO-PRO launched this month the paid summer program “First steps in a career”.
