ENERGO-PRO restored the power supply of 400 customers in two Razgrad villages and the damage after an accident with a tractor

The emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO Grids restored the power supply to more than 400 residents in the villages of Konevo and Yakim Gruevo in Isperih municipality, after in an unpleasant accident in the late afternoon of November 6, a tractor knocked down one of the medium voltage poles from the adjacent air power distribution network and interrupted in the two villages.

After the signal about the failed power line “Glavinitsa”, the company's specialists conducted a detour to locate the fault. During the detour, it was found that the cause of the interrupted power supply to the villages was knocked down by a tractor pole from the power line. In the period of autumn and spring plowing, when the soils are being prepared for sowing, such incidents with agricultural machinery are not uncommon, especially in the dark part of the day.

After the law enforcement authorities completed the investigative actions to clarify the causes of the accident, the teams of ENERGO-PRO Grids took immediate measures to recover the damage in order to be able to turn on the power supply to people as soon as possible. The specialists secured the failed power line to carry out the replacement of the damaged pole, and the very next day the electricity supply to the two villages was restored.
