ENERGO-PRO completes the campaign for outsourced offices this year with mobile reception rooms in 10 settlements in Varna

In the period from 16 to 20 October ENERGO-PRO will hold the last stage for 2017 of its initiative for exported offices in small settlements in North-East Bulgaria. Specialists of the company will meet and serve clients in ten reception centers on the territory of Varna region.

Thousands of residents from the ten settlements that will be visited by the company's teams next week will be able to take advantage of the convenience of mobile offices. In them, ENERGO-PRO customers will have the opportunity to start a procedure for changing the account holder, to be informed about the process of connecting a new object to the electricity distribution network, to consult on issues related to electricity consumption or to use another type of service that requires a personal visit to the customer center of the company. Within each working day from next week, offices will be organized in two different settlements in Varna, and they will work from 10 am to 2 pm. Thus, visitors to the reception rooms of ENERGO-PRO will receive assistance and competent answers to their questions without having to travel to the district city.

An important clarification for customers is that in order to use the services of the exported offices, it is necessary to carry with them an identity document and ownership of the property. A visit to the reception rooms organized by ENERGO-PRO is an excellent opportunity for all customers of the company to provide up-to-date contact details, which will undoubtedly expand the possibilities of communication with the company.
