ERP North launched its vocational training programs for pupils and students

Traditionally, this October, ERP North will offer high school students and students in North-East Bulgaria its Young Electrician and Scholarship Program programs. Over the years, the programs have become an annual campaign aimed at acquiring professional skills in the field of energy, offering young people the indispensable opportunity to immerse themselves in a real working environment and draw knowledge from the best experts in the industry.
“Young electrician” is aimed at 12th grade students graduating from classes with electrical engineering profiles, and the ERP North Scholarship Program — for 3rd and 4th year students specializing in the field, respectively. The programmes are open for up to eight months and offer flexible working hours tailored to study employment. Their goal is to strengthen the desire of young people for career development in the specialty studied by them. For this, in addition to gaining practical experience, the programs also provide a financial incentive for the participants, and the best performers will get the opportunity to realize in the company.
