ERP North invests BGN 150,000 in rehabilitation of facilities in Valchi dol and Kalimantsi

Elektrodistribuenie Sever implemented a number of projects for the renovation of electricity supply facilities in the territory served by the company. In Varna region, the teams completed their work on the rehabilitation of the electricity distribution network in Kalimantsi and Valchi dol. The rehabilitation, worth 150 000 leva, included the installation of 10,000 meters of twisted insulated wires and 40 new pillars, which already supply power to the two settlements.

During the repair work, the specialists carried out additional diagnostics and prevention of the facilities in order to prevent the risks of disturbances in summer storms. The indicators of resistance to adverse weather conditions of the newly built network are high and provide the population with a more secure and reliable electricity supply.

The phased implementation of projects from the Investment Program for 2018 of the ERP North continues. In early September, its final stage of the year will begin — the preparation of the electricity distribution network for the autumn-winter period, which includes repair and replacement of insulators, boards and cassettes, cleaning of transformers and replacement of transformer oil, inspections and overhauls of overhead lines, replacement of poles and other activities for the maintenance of facilities in reliable operational condition.
