EP North invests BGN 6.1 million in renovation of the electricity distribution network in Varna region

Elektrodistribuenie North implements a series of investment projects for the renovation of facilities of the electricity distribution network in the territory of Varna region. They are part of the company's investment program for 2018 and aim to provide reliable and sustainable electricity supply to households and businesses in the area.

Since the beginning of the year, Elektrodistribuenie North, part of the ENERGO-PRO Varna group, has invested BGN 6.1 million in renovation and expansion of the electricity distribution network in Varna region. Of these, BGN 2.1 million was invested in adding new customers. BGN 1.8 million was invested in network optimization.

The company's teams installed 11,000 meters of twisted insulated wire on the electricity distribution network in the area of Alen mak, the town of Beloslav and the village of Tutrakantsi, installed 60 new poles, installed dozens of electricity meter boards and new electricity meters with better technical characteristics. BGN 144,000 was invested in the rehabilitation of the network in these areas.

Earlier in the year, the company invested BGN 270,000 in the construction of a new network in the Dobreva Chesma area in Varna, BGN 150,000 in reconstruction of facilities in Kalimantsi and Valchi Dol, BGN 311 000 in upgrading the equipment of substations and interchange stations, etc.

Since the beginning of 2018, ERP North has invested BGN 2.2 million in the installation of new electric meter panels, the purchase of cars, specialized equipment and tools.

The maintenance and development of the electricity infrastructure is the main priority of the electricity distribution company in its effort to ensure the possibility of connecting new facilities in dynamically developing areas with intensive stagnation in the territory of the district.
