ERP North invites graduates and students to its paid summer program “First steps in a career”

And this summer, the electricity distribution company serving the territory of North-East Bulgaria makes an offer to high school graduates and students in the field of energy to take part in the summer training program specially organized for them. The project “First steps in a career” has a 5-year history. Its purpose is to facilitate the transition of future energy professionals from the educational process to their professional realization. “The practical profile of the internship and internship programs that the company offers are the basis for the real and effective construction of future electrical engineers. Working in a completely safe environment and under the supervision of experts in the field ensures the acquisition of basic practical knowledge and skills necessary for a good start and confident first steps in the career of everyone wishing to get involved “, this is how the specialists of the HR Selection, Evaluation and Training Department at ENERGO-PRO, explain the idea of the annual initiative in support of young people specialists.

The program is open to all 12th grade students of the academic year 2019/2020, as well as 3rd and 4th year students studying in specialties related to the electricity sector. For their participation, future engineers will receive incentive remuneration, and the most successful performers will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position in the company.
