EPP North provides 71 teams on duty during the holidays to ensure the security of electricity supply in North-East Bulgaria

ERP North suspends the planned power outages on its operational territory in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad, in the period 20.12.2024 — 05.01.2025, in order to provide customers with bright and cozy holidays. In this period, 71 teams of the company will provide round-the-clock duty and respond in a timely manner in emergency situations to restore power supply. ERP North employees are in continuous contact with each other and in coordination with the dispatch centres in order to exchange information in a timely manner. A schedule of the management staff of the Distribution Service Centers has been drawn up, and additional emergency teams will be formed if necessary.

EPR North has signed an agreement with the National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria (NSORB) for joint actions in crises. Direct contacts on the ground with mayors, district governors and other municipal representatives additionally guarantee express assistance in case of accidents.

The company's round-the-clock telephones 0700 161 61 and 0700 359 10 are available to customers for information and to provide alerts in case of unforeseen power outages.
