ERP North has increased the qualification of its employees in the profession “Electrician”

Elektrodistribuenie Sever conducted theoretical and practical training of 8 of its employees in the profession “Electrician”. The theoretical program was implemented by an external licensed company with extensive experience in training and qualification of electrical specialists. The practice of the profession was provided by employees in the company with many years of professional experience. The eight-month training is implemented in full compliance with the State Educational Requirement (DOI) for acquiring the profession and combined with the performance of the employees' work duties.

At the end of October, a ceremony was held at the ENERGO-PRO Training Center for awarding the diplomas of the graduates issued by the Ministry of Education and Science. To obtain a document for exercising the new profession, the employees went through examination events before a commission from the contractor company and representatives of the electricity distribution company. “The advanced training program, which ERP North organizes and finances, is one of the measures to meet the challenge of finding personnel in the Energy sector and at the same time provides a chance for career development of employees in the field”, commented Nikolay Nikolov, Chairman of the Management Board of the company, and stressed that the commitment of the companies the development of specialized personnel is long-term.
