Applicants can apply to the company until June 14

ERP North has started accepting applications for the three-week paid summer program for pupils and students — “First Steps in a Career”. For participation in the program, future engineers receive remuneration, and after the end of training they have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position in the company. Any 3rd and 4th year student, as well as a 12th grade student studying in the field of Energy, can apply for participation in the “First Steps in a Career”.

The programme aims to enable learners to acquire initial professional experience in real working conditions and to form skills for working in the energy sector. During the training period, the participants of the “First Steps in Career” are trained by experienced qualified colleagues at ERP North. The accumulated experience in a large energy company with an established employer brand guides the students in the professional profile they want to choose for their future career development. Acquaintance with the processes in the company and the acquisition of knowledge in a corporate environment are applicable in any sphere of the Energy sector.

The “First Steps in Career” program is being held in North-East Bulgaria for the fourth consecutive summer and facilitates the transition of future energy professionals from the educational process to their active professional path. The success of the summer training is due to the close cooperation of ENERGO-PRO with the technical educational institutions in North-East Bulgaria. Every year, the electricity distribution company provides jobs to dozens of young people who are taking their first steps in their professional development in the energy sector. Active information campaigns are being carried out in secondary and higher schools in the territory served by ERP North to promote opportunities for professional development and internship.

The energy company expects applications from applicants wishing to join the program by email careers@energo-pro.bg with the subject “Getting Started” by June 14, 2019. Full information about current projects, internships and permanent positions are published in the Careers section of the ENERGO-PRO website: https://www.energo-pro.bg/bg/Karieri.
